⁄ What ships with every release Included at every tier

01 Media pitches

Personalized emails to blogs, journalists and editors across 6 outlet archetypes. Follow-ups on day 4 & 9, included — always with something new, never a bump.

02 Playlist outreach

Spotify editorial and independent curators, written in the curator's own language.

03 Live campaign dashboard

Every send, timestamped. Every reply, logged. And who opened your press kit — outlet by outlet, in real time.

04 Press Kit & EPK

The page that travels with every pitch — bio, angles, facts, assets, a tailored edition per outlet type. Written in English and Spanish. Yours to keep.

EN · English

A press kit editors can actually use.

Press kit, pitches and playlist outreach written for English-speaking editors, journalists and curators.

ES · Español

Un press kit que un editor sí puede usar.

Press kit, pitches y outreach escritos nativamente para editores, periodistas y curadores del mercado latino e ibérico. Nunca traducidos.

⁄ The critic

Nothing ships unaudited.

Before anything reaches an editor, a second model audits every line against your intake. Invented facts die here. Generic copy dies here. Follow-ups must carry one new, concrete thing — or they don't go out. What survives is the kit an editor can actually trust.

⁄ Residency — waitlist Continuous representation

Stop buying campaigns. Keep a bureau.

Residency is continuous representation. A campaign ends; a bureau doesn't. Your releases, your post-release window, and the moments in between — sessions, videos, milestones — worked on a standing basis, by the same desk that already knows your story.

Pricing announced to the first cohort · We open Residency when our response-rate data earns it — that's the bar.
⁄ Questions Before you submit

Fair questions. Straight answers.

01

How is this different from SubmitHub or Groover?

Those are marketplaces — you write the pitch, you pick the targets, you do the work, and anyone can pay. Transit is a bureau: we write the kit, pitch hand-verified outlets directly, run the follow-ups and log everything — and we don't take every release. Labels come in by roster; artists by application. That selectivity is why editors open our emails.

02

What exactly do I get?

Doors knocked, with receipts: outlets pitched by name, follow-ups on schedule, and a live dashboard showing every send, every reply and who opened your press kit. Labels get this per release across the season, plus a roster-wide dashboard and roll-up reporting. The bilingual kit and EPK travel with every pitch and are yours to keep.

03

Do you guarantee coverage?

No — and nobody honest does. Editors decide what they cover. What we guarantee is delivery: real pitches to real, verified people, follow-ups on schedule, and a transparent report of exactly what happened.

04

Who writes the Spanish?

Transit is built on 14 years of Spanish-language indie editorial — Indietheka, est. 2012. Spanish copy is written fresh for its market, never run through translation.

05

How fast does my campaign start?

Your campaign is generated and audited in under an hour after the 10-minute intake. You review the launch plan — the outlet list, the pitch, the calendar — and approve. Sends begin within 48h, staggered so every one lands clean.
